The idea for this blog came when we moved to a new house after almost 22 years. Which means that we are leaving the house that I have called home ever since I was born. It was during the packing period that I have realized how many books I have. And what is interesting, to me, is that 99.9% of my books are bought second-hand in thrift book shops. And I am proud of this. Looking at so many books on my new room floor and some in boxes, I felt happy over my book choices.
I remember saving every extra peso just to buy these books. You can't imagine how I felt every time I learned BookSale got new stocks of books. That is heaven, even until now. I was still a student at this time and extra source of money was not at all easy to have.
So now, I am writing about the books I have read and will re-read. This is also a way for me to remember(if I can) what happened in my life when I read these books, their impact on me, how they've influenced me, and if my views then are still the same now.
